Super quick and easy: Schezwan Fried Rice

  • Boiled rice: 600gms appx
  • Onion: 50gms fine chopped
  • Cabbage: 50gms fine chopped
  • Carrot: 50gms fine chopped
  • French beans: 50gms fine chopped
  • Refined oil: 4tbs
  • Ching’s secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala: 1pkt
  • Spring onions: a little chopped for garnish


Step 1: Frying the veggies

First of all in a kadhai pour 4tbs oil and heat up. Put the veggies in the oil and stir fry a little for about 2-3mins but not much.

Step 2: Add the boiled rice to the veggies

  • Now the veggies are nicely fried so let’s add the boiled rice in it and mix them well and stir for 1 min.
  • Now it’s time to add the flavor I mean add the Ching’s secret Schezwan fried rice masala and mix well. Just cook the rice for 1-2mins by lightly stirring it and turn the gas off.
  • Our yummy fried rice is ready to be served, add a little garnish of spring onion and you are done. Enjoy!
  1. The veggies we used weighs approx 200gms that means 50 gms each. You can use other veggies of your choice as well; just keep the measurement in mind.
