Super quick and easy: Paneer Chili

  • Ching’s secret paneer chili masala: 1pkt
  • Refined oil: 2tbs
  • Water: 300ml
  • Capsicum: 20gm chopped into big pieces
  • Green chilies: 20gms chopped
  • Onion: 20gms diced into big cubes
  • Spring onion: 20gms chopped
  • Carrots: 20gms chopped
  • Paneer: 200gms cut into cubes


Step 1: Make a mixture of ching’s paneer chili masala

In a small bowl add paneer chili masala and a little water and make solution out of it.

Step 2: Making the gravy

Turn the gas on and put a medium pan on top and pour 2tbs of oil and heat up.

Now put the paneer cubes, chopped veggies(carrots, capsicum, green chilies, onion and spring onion) and stir fry well for just about 2 mins not much. Now add the ching’s secret paneer chili masala solution we made to the paneer and veggies and mix well. When it starts to bowl, turn the gas low and cook on medium flame. Keep stirring in between.

After a while it will start to thicken so the paneer chili is ready. Serve well.

  2. The vegetables we used weigh in total about 100gms.
