Kids nowadays just love to eat it as a dipping and even as a spread. We get a lot of flavored mayonnaise at the market but mayonnaise recipe at homes are tastier and healthier too. There is variation in mayonnaise like the mayonnaise with egg and eggless mayonnaise, well both of them tastes heavenly. I for sure love to have my own homemade mayonnaise rather than having the canned ones. Often you must have wondered how to easily cook tasty and yummy mayonnaise at home? Well here is your answer, a quick and easy eggless mayonnaise recipe to follow and make great mayonnaise at home within no time. Kids can just love the sandwiches more ad would love to finish off their parathsas. So let’s begin.

Super easy way to make EGGLESS MAYONNAISE at home!

Ingredients

  • Black pepper powder: ½ tbs
  • Salt: ½ tbs
  • Oregano: ½ tbs
  • Sugar: ½ tbs
  • Lemon juice: of 1 lemon
  • Yellow mustard powder: ½ tbs
  • Milk: 100ml
  • Edible oil: 300ml

Method:

Step 1: Mixing the ingredients

In a medium bowl pour milk, add salt, sugar, oregano, black pepper powder, yellow mustard powder and half the edible oil and start blending with the blender.

Gradually add the edible oil but not at once and blend. Keep blending till the mixture is thick and fluffy.

Step 2: Serve up

In a bowl pour the mayonnaise we made and garnish with mint leaves.

Enjoy the creamy Mayonnaise!

Notes:

  1. Gradually pouring edible oil lets the mayonnaise have a nice texture and thickness.
  2. To make a great mayonnaise milk and should be refrigerated for an hour before using.
  3. Using a blender it should be blended nice and thick.
