Ingredients

  • Milk: 1litre
  • Sugar: 100gms
  • Custard powder: 4tbs

Fruits:

  • Grapes: a bowl chopped
  • Banana: a bowl chopped
  • Musk melon: a bowl chopped
  • Mango: a bowl chopped
  • Kiwi: a bowl chopped
  • Pomegranate: a little

Method:

Step 1: Boiling the milk

  • To make the super yummy fruit custard then at first the milk needs to be boiled.
  • So turn the gas on and take a pan and pour milk and bring to boil. Do keep a little milk to mix the custard powder later. The moment it’s about to boil pout the sugar in it and stir to mix it well.
  • When it starts to boil, lower the gas.

Step 2: Mixing the custard powder

  • In a small bowl put 4tbs of custard powder and put the milk gradually and mix nicely so no lumps are formed. You can see little kesar pista flakes as I have used the kesar pista flavor.
  • Now turn the flame of the gas high and pour the custard mix gradually and mix nicely so it thickens but no lumps are formed.
  • We need to cook for 5 mins only as it will thicken once after it cools down as well.
  • Now bring the custard to room temperature.

Step 3: Mixing the fruits and refrigerating it

Now once the custard is in room temperature, you can see it has thicken a little more so mix it again and then pour it in a bowl and mix all the fruits: banana, mango, muskmelon, kiwi, grapes and pomegranate in it and then refrigerate for 3-4hours at least.

Step 4: Serve up

After 3-4hours of refrigeration our yummy fruit custard is ready to be served. Serve it well a little more garnishing and enjoy!
