  • Paneer: 500gms cut into big cubes
  • Curd: 1 bowl without water
  • Garam masala: 1tbs
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 1tbs
  • Cumin powder: 1tbs
  • Salt: 1tbs
  • Chaat masala: 1tbs
  • 10. Red chili powder: 1tbs

Step 1: Preparing the marination

In a bowl put the curd in and add ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and garam masala and mix it well.

Step 2: Coating the ingredients

Now add the diced bell peppers and onion and mix it well so it is coated well. Add the paneer cubes as well and mix with light hands.

Cover with a film and keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour at least. After an hour take it out and mix again.

Step 3: Putting on skewers and grilling them

Now place the paneer pieces and bell peppers in the skewers in an organized way and place on a tray and grill in a pre heated oven on 200 degrees for 20mins.

It’s about done so take it out and plate them. Serve them well with dipping and enjoy.

Now, serve hot with sauce and chutneys of your choice and enjoy.

Notes:

  1. Veggies and paneer should be cut in big cubes so it slides on the skewers nicely.
  2. Refrigerating it after marinating helps the spices to go inside the paneer so it tastes great.
  3. Pre heating the oven is a nice tip to follow so the tikkas are grilled nicely.
