Healthy and tasty- Chana dal ladoo recipe!
- Grams Chana: 250gms(roasted without skin and grinded)
- Fennel Saunf: 50gms
- Coriander seeds: 50gms
- Melon seeds: 50gms
- Cashew: 50gms
- Desi ghee: 150gms
- Almond: 50gms
- Raisins: 50gms
- Cardamom powder: 25gms
- White pepper dakhni mirch: 20gms
- Rock sugar Mishri: 250gms
Step 1: Grinding the ingredients
Grind the rock sugar in a mixer jar and keep in a bowl. Grind cashew, almonds, fennel into a fine powder as well. Now, dry roast Melon seeds and keep in mixer jar to grind, dry roast white pepper and grind both of them into a fine powder. Dry roasts Coriander seeds a little as well and grind them as well. Keep all the grinded ingredients in one single bowl.
Step 2: Roasting the gram
Turn on the gas and place a pan, pour grinded grams and put 6tbs of desi ghee and roast lightly. As we have taken roasted grams only we will roast the grams only a little more in a pan. Pour in the same bowl as the other ingredients.
Step 3: Making the ladoos
Now add grinded almonds, cashew, cardamom powder, rock sugar, and mix it well. Add desi ghee and mix well. If needed add more ghee so that it binds well. Now, add raisins and mix well. Make small balls out of the mixture and place a single Cashew on top so it looks tastier.
