Super easy and quick: BREAD PIZZA
- Sandwich bread: 1nos
- Mozzarella cheese: 100gms
- Yellow Red, Green bell pepper: A little(fine chopped)
- Butter: 40gms
- Tomato sauce: a little
- Salt: as per taste
- Black olives: a few fine chopped
- Cheese slice: 1nos
- Sweet corn kernels: a little
- Chili flakes: a little
- Pizza seasoning: a little
- Black pepper powder: a little
Step 1: Sautéing the veggies
First of all, take a pan and put it on the gas and melt a little butter. Add the chopped bell peppers and sweet corn kernels and stir fry a little.
Add a little pizza seasoning, chili flakes and a little salt and mix everything well. Take them out in a bowl.
Step 2: Preparing the pizza
In a pan put a little butter and melt it. Place the sandwich bread and lightly toast from one side and turn towards the other side.
Now, spread tomato sauce and place the cheese spread on top. Put the sautéed veggies in, a little pizza seasoning and a little chili flakes as well. Put the olives in nicely as well and then put the shred mozzarella cheese as well nicely. Place more of the veggies and olives so it tastes even yummier and put on the gas and cook with covered lid on low flame for 5mins.
When the cheese melts nicely, it’s ready. Place on a plate and cut pieces with pizza cutter and enjoy.
